Winter 2009 Registration
Deadline is December 28th!

STEP 1

Complete online registration:

     (i): Enter the HPFC registration by clicking here.
     (ii): Select "Academy (Winter 2009)"
     (iii): Create new username and password if you do not already
             have one.  Make sure the username and password created
             contain no spaces and have a minimum of 6 letters and
             numbers.
     (iv): Complete the online forms.  New academy members must
             purchase an academy uniform and ball when registering
             online.  This is a one-time annual cost of $40.  Please note
             there is one uniform size icon on the online registration and we
             will assume you would like the same size jersey and shorts
             unless we are notified otherwise.

             Any equipment lost or damaged will be replaced at the
             parent's expense.

STEP 2

An email will be sent to confirm online registration.  Please complete the attached forms and submit them at the first academy session (January 9th).
